Margaux Dever is the Deputy of Community Development Programs for PathStone’s Indiana office. She has a B.A. from Taylor University and a M.S. in Historic Preservation from Ball State University. Margaux cares deeply about housing and developing decent, safe, affordable housing in both urban and rural communities. Margaux has over 3 years of experience with federal funding sources and managing grant programs including affordable housing funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and farmworker housing funding from the US Department of Labor. PathStone is a multi-state organization that has served farmworkers since 1969. The On-Farm Labor Housing Repair Program and PathStone On/Off Farm Housing Technical Assistance are programs that help growers house workers in decent, safe and sustainable housing. PathStone serves all 92 Indiana counties with these programs. The On-Farm Labor Housing Repair Program is a matching grant for existing housing and the On/Off Farm Housing Technical Assistance is no-cost development support for creating new housing.
