Monty Henderson is the Director of the Indiana Small Business Development Center Agribusiness Initiative, leading a team of a dozen agribusiness advisors dedicated to assisting the growth of Indiana’s Ag sector.  He transitioned to this position after serving the Indiana SBDC in multiple roles. Work experience includes project manager of a federal Economic Development Administration region, assistant general manager of an agribusiness and life-long farmer / entrepreneur.
