Author Bio

Allison Kingery is the Managing Director of Purdue’s Food Entrepreneurship and Manufacturing Institute. She was raised in West Lafayette and has been a boilermaker from the start. With a foundation in Food Science plus a culinary degree and an MBA, she is equipped to assist food entrepreneurs from ideation to shelf. She collaborates with faculty, fellow staff, and students to leverage resources beneficial to those in the food industry, from growers and entrepreneurs to small businesses and established food companies.
