Tony Phillips Consulng, LLC works with produce and vegetable growers across the Eastern U.S. helping them to establish and maintain compliance for Global Food Safety Initiative protocols, Ethical Trade (social responsibility) Audits, and overall operational efficiency analysis. Since 2012 Tony has worked with a variety of farms in Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, and New York. He has authored and implemented food safety programs for over 30 farms in various sizes, from as little as 20 acres with a single commodity to as large as 12,000 acres with as many as eight different commodities.
